During the pandemic, it's important to remember that you need to attend to health issues other than COVID-19. You may have anxiety around going to the emergency room because you fear catching COVID-19 there. You may not like to deal with doctor's offices that are closed forcing you to use telehealth to interact with your doctor. Also, your health issues may not seem "that serious" in relation to the pandemic.
We are embodied beings. As such, our body and mind are connected. It's important to take care of our bodies because how our bodies feel has a big effect on our mental health.
