Take a break today. Whether it's simply stepping outside in your back yard or going to another room or even sinking into a book, you deserve a break.
This also goes for giving yourself a mental break. We are all doing the best we can under the circumstances. We are all having to make do with what is. Allow yourself to slow down. Allow yourself to be the wonderful imperfect being you are. Say nice things to yourself. Do nice things for yourself.
