Pets can help you make it through a difficult time. They have done studies that say that being with your pets can help reduce your blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and help lift depression.
We got our dog at the East Bay SPCA. During this shelter-in-place, shelters have seen in increase in adoptions and fostering. Do yourself a favor and an animal a favor. At lease consider if you could improve your life and your mental health by fostering or adopting an animal in need.
