Dealing With A Terrible Manager

Have you ever been in the position where you were dealing with a terrible manager or co-worker? They really know how to get under your skin, don’t they? The hard part about that is that they can really get into your head and you can overthink about them.

What can make it worse is when a project is due and everyone is working overtime, and there is a lot of stress at work. The working extra hours means that you have to spend more time around them and that makes it worse.

Then this boss or co-worker is assigned to be your partner on a project and you freak out. Suddenly you feel sick and don’t want to go work for fear that you might blow up at them.

I have some recommendations. It’s important that you consider finding ways of releasing the anger. This tends to help because you won’t be carrying around so much built up anger.

When faced with your co-worker or manager, you start from a place of calm. You also need to consider whether you have enough healthy outlets to manage your stress and anger.
